Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Additionally, using the vehicle for purposes it is not designed for, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
